About Us
Our Journey
Our journey started in 2011 at the Wellington Gymkhana Club, with coffee, a lot of passion and a ‘fire in the belly to do something’. The desire was to create a platform for all Armed Forces’ wives where they could find some meaningful employment and also discover new avenues, wherever they might be stationed.
After an extensive market survey, we found that content development and soft skill training was one place where the forces wives have an edge with their varied experiences and inherent discipline.
We also realized that to get work for others, we had to build our own credibility and hence, the resolve to qualify ourselves took form. This led us to our life-changing path of understanding and learning NLP. The path of NLP training made us graduate to coaching – and thus, WINGS Coach took form. We have a pan India team of qualified and experienced Life Coaches, who transform lives and help clients live their dreams.
It’s been a roller-coaster ride – and we’ve enjoyed the thrills and learned through the lows.
